Our journey began with VGR Essor, a commercial building in HSR Layout that set the foundation for our design ethos - clarity, movement and purpose‑driven spaces

These years shaped the backbone of our future communities. We formalised our design language, established engineering standards, and built the quality systems that would define every project that followed - from monolithic RCC construction to multi‑stage QC workflows and human‑centric masterplanning
